CALC marks columns calculated by M. Jonasz (MJC Optical Technology www.mjcopticaltech.com) according to Eq. 4.128 in Jonasz M and Fournier 2007:
bw = ( 8 PI / 3 ) BETA(90°C) [ ( 2 + DELTA ) / ( 1 + DELTA ) ]
where BETA(90°C) is expressed as follows ( Eq. 4.124 in Jonasz M and Fournier 2007):
BETA(90°C) = 7.47 x 10^(-6) LAMBDA^(-4.24)
where
LAMBDA is the wavelength of light in vacuum.
Equation 4.128 follows from the original presentation of the theory of molecular light scattering by water in Morel A 1974.
